They stock a good range of clothes that I love. Good sales and deals. I like the new ranges that come in often so you can always find something you don’t like if the new round isn’t quite for you. Always found the quality to be good. The shoes are comfy too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting alternative style clothing. Downside is your bank balance won’t like them hahaha

I love everything this company has to offer, but I'd never ordered from them, or bought their products elsewhere before. Im very familiar with a lot of goth, witchy, dark, etc. products being hard to find, expensive and usually of just ok quality. So I waited for a sale to order, so I wouldn't feel I was being overcharged. WELL. Let me tell you, I was very surprised when my items came! Processing and shipping were much faster than the initial estimate, and everything was packaged well without excessive/wasteful packing materials. EVERYTHING was better quality than I was expecting, this is not your average goth brand you can find at Hot Topic and other corporate stores! Despite being 200tc, the pillowcases are soft and the screen printing is so clear and flawless (I used to do screen printing, so I know quality work). Our rugs look great and don't act like a magnet for pet hair. Honestly, I can not say enough good things about them. I ordered rugs, travel mugs, leggings, pillowcases, a throw pillow/cushion and a Kreepture collectible. I will be back for more!

Very good customer service, when there was a problem they found a solution. I love the clothing and the accessory’s ... and with the European Online Shop it’s easer to order now.

Super happy that the store is now also in Europe ! Killstar has made the best choice doing this ! Clothes and other stuffs are still so beautiful! Love this shop!

Whom ever works in the marketing / sales department and made the decisions on the new kreepture really needs sacking. This has turned in to a PR nightmare.

The support staff are really not interested and I doubt anything will happen to future sales of these stuffed animals, they will just keep on upsetting their customers. Its another case of a company forgetting where it came from and happy to loose customers with an eliteist attitude.

Its like they dont actually want your money, they limit the number of items (half the number of the last release that sold out) instead of doing something sensible like only selling it for a limited period of time say one week or one day and fufilling the numbers sold (they dont even have to hold it in stock just say delivery will be like 3 weeks for example).

You could even only realease it to accounts that have purchsed from the site in the last two weeks, in the first drop.

Or even better... take pre orders from existing customers?

All of this has lead to scalpers directly buying multiple ones of these as they dont limit house holds just peoples names. They where literlly on sale within 2 minutes on ebay at 4 to 6 times the original value.

I have seen so much dislike generated by this, that it shows that this company really doesnt care one bit about its customers, which in this climate is a really short sighted and narrow way to operate.

*Update* I got my details to them as requested in their response on trustpilot and they really didn't need them. It even fooled me a little that they cared, but all they wanted to do is say oh sorry that happened to you which means that the response to my review was just a poor attempt at them trying to make themselves look better to people reading this review. My opinion still stands on how poorly this whole debacle has been handled.

*Update* Further copy paste messages sent to me via messenger, some parts of the messages where not even relevant to what was being said. This is embarrassing for a company to do at best. Meaningless apologies followed by a hey its ok dont feel bad we will be trying to sell you more different products in the future.

The first item I ordered was the Myth Handbag and when it arrived, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the material as well as the beautiful craftsmanship of the embellishments. I immediately added about 20 items to my wishlist upon discovering this site! Every item is truly unique and not easily found elsewhere, which I adore since I hate mainstream styles. Anyway, I’m rambling, but 10/10 recommend, tell your kids, tell your wife, and tell you husband because Killstar is amazing out here.

AS A PROFESSIONAL SEAMSTRESS, DRESSMAKER, COSTUME TECHNICIAN, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS HARD EARNED $$ ON THIS CHEAP CHINA MADE GARBAGE. KILLSTAR USED TO BE AN EXCELLENT ALTERNATIVE BRAND, BUT NOW THEY GOT GREEDY & CHEAPED OUT ON MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING STANDARDS. YOU WOULD LITERALLY BE BETTER OFF LEARNING TO DESIGN & MAKE YOUR OWN ALTERNATIVE FASHIONS !

Poor Quality, expensive as hell. Prices go up, quality goes down. ...plus now a lot of surprise taxes extra for shipping from the UK. That was my last order.

Killstar machete vest top isn’t true to size, it’s on the small side, had to return.

The quality of clothing has noticeably deteriorated. The threads are sticking out. The moon is scratched.

Terrible customer service. They tried to blame me for themselves sending me a faulty product and refused to help me. This was upsetting as before this I had been a regular customer for years but I won’t be ordering again.
